At Noble Sin, customer satisfaction is important to us. If your order doesn’t fit as expected, we’re happy to help with an exchange.
7-Day Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible for Exchange
You may request an exchange if:
* You received the wrong size.
* You wish to exchange for a different available size.
* You received a damaged or incorrect item.
Exchange Conditions
To qualify for an exchange, the item must:
* Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
* Be in its original condition with all tags attached.
* Be returned in its original packaging where possible.
* Show no signs of damage, stains, perfume, or alterations.
No Refund Policy
Please note that Noble Sin does not offer refunds or cash returns. We only provide size exchanges or exchanges for the same product (subject to stock availability).
Exchange Process
1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and the reason for the exchange.
3. Once your request is approved, we’ll provide instructions for returning your item.
4. After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we’ll dispatch your replacement.
Shipping Costs
* Customers are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item.
* Noble Sin will cover the shipping cost of sending the exchanged item back to you if the exchange is due to our error (wrong item or defective product). Otherwise, shipping charges for the replacement may apply.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items cannot be exchanged:
* Products returned after 7 days.
* Worn, washed, or damaged items.
* Items without original tags.
* Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless defective).
