Shipping Charges
* Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.
* Free shipping may be available during promotional campaigns or on qualifying orders.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment through Leopard Courier.
Delivery Attempts
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel after multiple attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate before placing your order. Noble Sin is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Lost Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with Leopard Courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
